SAN-VIC TRADERS INC. was established on February 12, 1987. It was founded by Mr. Rafaelito A. Barino, the President, and his wife, Mrs. Fe M. Barino, the company’s Comptroller. The initial shareholders were family members, reflecting the company’s deep-rooted family values.  Initially, SAN-VIC TRADERS INC. specialized in trading industrial safety equipment, industrial supplies, and paint products. Sourcing most of its supplies from Metro Manila, the company catered to major clients such as San Miguel Corporation, Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, B-Meg Philippines, and various industrial plants across Cebu.

In 1992, the company expanded into the consumer market, offering products like packaging tapes, oils, lubricants, other export-industry related products. SAN-VIC TRADERS INC. served exporters in the Mactan Export Processing Zone and other export-industry companies in Cebu By 2004, SAN-VIC TRADERS INC. ventured into importing bathroom tiles and fixtures, fulfilling the needs of Shangri-La Mactan. The company also opened a showroom for building fixtures at its facility in Yati-Liloan, Cebu.

In 2005, with its exposure in furniture export industry, the company acquired equipment capable of producing quality furniture products for export. It started to accept contracts for the production of furniture towards the ends of the year.

In 2005, recognizing opportunities in the furniture export industry, the company invested in equipment for high-quality furniture production. By the end of the year, SAN-VIC TRADERS INC. began accepting furniture production contracts.

SAN-VIC TRADERS INC. is presently managed by Mrs. Ritchel and Mr. Joel Abella. The company’s main office is located at Duros Complex, Yati, Liloan, Cebu.
